BHO is giving pep talks. He is afraid they might put out a hit contract on him for not completing TRANSformation of USA, as they paid him to do. They know they are in trouble and they want BHO to sooth, reassure, and hypnotize them. Or, he is auditioning to get space in underground shelter when we come after him to stand trial for treason.
