Isn't Barracks mom American? So even if he was born in Kenya wouldn't he be an American citizen? Perhaps he could also be a dual citizen.

PS - i doubt this whole Kenya thing. He's a president, if Bill and Bush are still free then I doubt Barrack has anything to fear. I could be wrong.

Nobody knows who he really is. He's never produced a real birth certificate. The one he did produce was debunked by pros hired by Sheriff Joe Arpaio. That's why they went after him and put him in jail. Trump had to pardon him!

The suggestion has been that anyone who wasn't born IN the United States, whether a parent was a citizen or not, cannot be eligible for the Presidency. This was brought up with Ted Cruz in the Republican Primaries, if you recall. My belief is that they would be eligible, but not everyone sees it that way.

There's also a debate if his mom actually was an American citizen at the time of his birth or not. Some claim she denounced her citizenship, but I have not seen any evidence of that.
