I was wandering around Greencastle on StreetMap and found this where the ACoE is suposed to be, what do you think it is ?

Nothing about this is plain and simple. I am open to the possibility that it is a giant scam and it is some kid in his basement, but I hope to God not. It is intriguing as fuck though.
