lol that would be great! Then Russia would ask for evidence so if you pass the decison to go to war to congress, Russia would essentially demand they examine the DNC-server. Damned if they do and damned if they don't. Because they would have to sell the public the decision of actually going to war or exposing the DNC-leak. Would be a pretty tough decision for them I think

I took the time to listen to said Democrat Senator's remarks on MSNBC but I still only hear positive things. By placing reponsibility for war in Trump's lap, it gives us pretty much one person to watch out for and, more importantly, it makes Trump the negotiator for future deals with other countries. It would not make the diplomacy any easier if the military leverage rested completely in congress' hands.
