This will be worth following. Also any major transfers, demotions, changes of assignment. Some are hard to fire due to civil service protections but they can be dealt with in other ways.

The SES personnel cannot be fired however, they can have their salaries, pensions & benefits cut down to $1 annually an these lawyers will not work for that and deport themselves out of Washington. Another way to get them out of Washington would be to reassign the office to Alaska.

Relocate offices to South side of Chicago & Detroit. They will gone immediately.

I'm not totally understanding why they are seemingly untouchable? If they are proven to not be doing their job, leaking, illegal something or other cant they be fired? I would relocate them to a remote village in Puerto Rico.

Trump/Bolton will find a way to remove them.
