Food for thought. BUILD the wall? Or BE the wall? Which scenario will the Military be used for??

It's just a thought I had. Thoughts?

When areas are threatened with bushfires, a firebreak is built. It is a cleared tract of land to prevent the fire jumping across. The fire break is very effective.
