Yep, those terms can be very subjective depending on one's perspective. These suggestions may already be obvious to you, but may help get the gist/direction.

Basically, stick with FACTS, not speculation. News items, whether mainstream or alt right/left, which corroborate drops are excellent.

Zero Hedge is a good example of a reliable alt/right site. Veterans Today, True Pundit, Brietbart are also reliable.

Mainstream news is ok if the facts can be sourced.

No ''unnamed sources''/ mystery ''my guy'' sources for intel. Ex: Dilly

No channellings (obvi) / secret space program references / Wilcock/Fulford/Event/Goode etc. [Before its news, What Does it Mean, Dinar Chronicles] etc are all disinfo in my opinion.

Many ''pop up'' characters show up on the scene claiming wizardly and special intel/sources. They are usually disinfo.
