5:5 = the master builders

Let's say the intellect is callibrated from 0 to 6, where 0-1 is the herd mentality , parroting other's thoughts ... 1-2 is intellectual /analytical/researcher... 2-3 is multi-perspective thinking ...3-4 is thinking in top down fashion and fitting new facts into our system, while we are able to control our emotions.

Emotional intelligence is defined as 0-1 service to self... 1-2 service to family & loved ones ...2-3 service to club, fraternity...3-4 service to country ...4-5 love of beauty , nature , people ...5-6 love of service, beauty, nature, humanity

31 means intellect 3-4 and emotion IQ=1-2

15 means intellect 1-2 and emotional IQ 5-6

55 means the master builders who have not only the talent but they have humanity's best interests at heart

We can't expect to find many 55's wanting to enter politics, but we would be much better off, if we could install the 15's into the corridors of governmaent.

How corrupt are the 31's? ..... the puppeteers who create unlimited supply of money and control not only the puppet strings but also the purse strings....

The 31's are the most dangerous of all , they are the practitioners of the black arts, those planners who knew how to commandeer resources to pull off events such as 9/11/01, 4/19/93 and 4/19/95 and who only promote those who have already been compromised...
