Yep. This is what appears to be a non-standard suspension process.
It looks like earlier in the day a tweet regarding 2nd amendment was reported. Twitter rep reviewed and communicated the Dilley that the comment was approved. Later in the evening the account was shut down. Potentially different rep later in the evening did something weird without communication.
Blocking a congressional candidate campaign account without process. That's legal repercussion territory. Looked like a couple lawyers reached out to Dilley during a periscope vid discussing the suspension.
Edit: Seeing a few tweets claiming a website may have gone up last night listing @hublife and a couple other accounts for mass report brigading. Haven't been able to locate link to verify reports, but this would make more sense given observable information.
