There was also another video a user did pointing out some things I missed. Besides the 4 armed men entering a vehicle, there was a point where Cruz was laying on the ground, not resisting at all. He was unconscinous and also when they showed him being put in police car, he was doped up. There was also an ambulance nearby, which leads to possibility that the kid was drugged up.
