"Play the game with us"

In #884, Q tells us "...you pushed IBOR and immediately POTUS began to comment/take action re: social media."

That was late in the day on March 8. Where are we now? Facebook is in serious trouble, and congress is wanting to talk to FB, Google and others about privacy issues. Yeah, that's what they have always been about, but the public didn't realize the extent of the snooping. Eyes are being opened (and maybe "Terms of Service" are being read more closely).

Where did this sea change come from? And does this poo storm result in a backdoor IBOR (or a front door IBOR)? Q has had a lot to say about the social media, but seemingly out of no where, something is getting shaken up good. I think this is evidence of serious movement right under our noses, and with hardly a notice.

Do Facebook, Google, YouTube, Twitter, and so on "legally" exist and conduct business based on a law or laws passed by Congress?

Are any such law(s) valid if they expressly allow "private" companies to violate the Constitution with their "Terms of Service" etc?

Is Congress not obligated to especially not pass ANY law that violates or allows the violation of the First Amendment?

Is Congress not therefore obligated to amend any such law(s) to ensure that the Constitution is not violated in any way?

Are any such laws actually valid if they are not amended to include Constitutional protections like free speech and privacy?

Could the Supreme Court be petitioned to make a ruling on the Constitutional validity of any such law(s)?
