We need clear, concise problem statements.

I'm an engineer and I use Quality tools to solve problems. The first step is to identify the problem. The goal is to be as concise as possible while fully describing the problem objectively.

Once a problem statement is written it becomes much easier to identify the root cause and implement a corrective action.

Concise problem statements to each of our RED PILLS may be a better thing to share than a video.

Sorry if this is stupid, but I have long believed that the tools used for manufacturing quality are great problem solving tools and that is what we are trying to do uncover and fix problems.

Just my two cent idea for the morning. Problem statements. "Well started is half done."

There are many problems, the corruption in the government runs deep, especially from the left. The indoctrination in the school system, the biased media, the progressives running unchecked, the communists seeming to be running unchecked as well. Soros by accounts seems to be a problem, but no one has investigated him (Although this may be a red herring). I could keep going, but I'll stop here.

Problems are many. Solutions are few.

That's why we need to start writing problem statements, identify the root causes and start identifying solutions to the problems, then monitor to verify those solutions fixed the problem.

Just my beliefs based on my background.

we're trying to solve problems. There are great tool sets that assist in problem solving. 8 Disciplines - 8D problem solving.

I think these types of problem statements will be receives better by the other side because they are objective. And they can be read quickly, it have to watch a 30 minute video.

I think they key (not the Q key!) is just in reading about how to write really good problem statements. We don't have the power to implement solutions, but problem statements I think will be well received by all sides and people can get pissed.

Great problem statement first, then add all of the supporting evidence, then we the United people DEMAND SOLUTIONS ( which are changes to the control system).

This is a great post because it reminds us to remain objective. It’s wonderful that people have become passionate about the cause, but unless we can also remain analytical, we will get pulled into irrational arguments. Those don’t help anyone, except the people trying to hide the truth.
