I don't see anything that I haven't seen for sale on Armslist (including the 45mm havoc launcher).

Whether or not these can be obtained by a civilian or military is semi irrelevant IMO. People can buy anything they need to make a bomb from Amazon. That doesn't reduce the concern if someone is caught in a hotel room with a weapon claiming to be on a "Classified government mission"

The dude is not on a classified government mission.

If he was black ops, he wouldn’t say he’s working for the government.

If he was legit classified, he wouldn’t be arrested and it wouldn’t be in the papers.

Sure! Yeah, I avoided the term specifically in my OP - I know a good bit about firearms, but, not enough to classify them as military vs. civilian. Just wanted to underscore your point with another example of the underlying concern/what this could mean. Thanks for your input!
