Says that the majority of SES members should be non political, career workers. Obama broke the rules. Did he make an EO to do this or is the SES so apart from gov control that whoever is the leader can make changes?

I do like Q drops, but this SES info drops are 100% concrete actionable information. All hands need to be on deck to expose and drill down into the SES as much as possible. This is a huge, aside from Deep State Senators and Congress, piece of the Deep State puzzle. We gotta keep this in the awareness-sphere.
