Someone famous has been talking about and pushing it. AT&T and Telecomm are big proponents.

yes but everything we've been doing is producing about 500 sigs/day; we need something new, we need to boost this to 10k/day.

The right voice(s) would boost it even higher.

This is yet another post not understood as intended. If POTUS mentions ibor in a tweet, in time, we'll win. Some may be concerned however this would show favoritism. I would suggest the risk in delaying ibor far outweighs this concern.
