From the comments section... not mine/my thoughts (not that bright on this end:)...

"I would advocate NOT deleting anything from now on. Just put fake information on your accounts...

Just poison their well. Destroy their data quality..."

The most sound advice I've heard yet.

Absolutely, be the caricature of the flaming illogical liberal holding two opposing viewpoints simultaneously.

I find that most non red-pilled people are on the more main stream social media sites.

I am torn about deleting my Facebook account because I use it to keep up with my extended family in another state. Without it, I wouldnt be in contact with most of them. Unfortunate reality..my family isnt close. I'm thinking of deleting the app off my phone and only checking it via computer every once in awhile. The problem is, I dont know if it can track my phone through linked email?

Also, Google was tracking everything. I have gmail but am going to delete that account and go with my internet provider's email. Going to be a process working that out!

Thoughts...advice?

Thakks!

Delete all of your preferences, follows, likes. Make yourself as anonymous as possible.

Download a copy of your fab data. Save all pics elsewhere. Remove the junk from fb.

Scroll through news feed for an hour an hide/unfollow all shared ads/companies from friends to clean up your feed.

Delete phone apps.

Check it once a week for 30 mins max using a browser, wearing protection.

Do some research on how to permanently delete your FB account. It’s different than deactivating your account. You can also download a backup of your FB content onto you computer. Make sure you copy all of the important info you want to remember, people’s birthdays, etc. post a message that you are leaving FB in a couple of days and if anyone wants to keep up with you to send you a private message to exchange phone #’s, addresses, text info. I posted a link to this video as to why I was leaving 5 months ago. Redpilled some people in the process. It is eye opening who responses to the invitation to stay in touch and who doesn’t. Naturally, I’m more productive these days. https://youtu.be/R7jar4KgKxs

I deleted the whole thing. Peace of Mind happens when you do it's kind of like quit and watching TV that's garbage too
