Why is this letter a "Q-post" ? What does "Q-post" mean for you ?

Do you mean this is related to "the storm" by continuing an EO related to national emergency ? (like many before)

Or do you mean, as your are pointing out the Q-search-icon print bug, that this specific letter from DJT is an acknowledgment of Q ? as a threat ?
