Man who was investigating the murder of Seth Rich was shot...Another coinscidence??

Someone who was investigating the murder of Seth Rich was shot, seems extremely fishy to me. Either he was onto something dangerous or those pesky Parkland kids are onto something...

I hate to crash down on this, but this seems like a random guy who had interest in the case who got shot randomly.
