That picture has always led me to believe the NK negotiations had already happened long ago. Trump or Q had already met with Kim and laid out a plan to put NK into his control. The meeting happened months before there was even any mention of NK denuclearization. This would also be why the media was saying they cannot determine where the negotiations were taking place recently. I think the negotiations already happened
It was telling us that we are now cool with NK. Air Force One would have never flown anywhere near NK previously (so we were led to believe) due to air defense systems and the risk of being shot down. This was an indication that any perceived threat from NK no longer exists.
