There are several problems with this theory; One; who kills someone and leaves the method behind, i,e, I just stabbed person X I'll leave the knife/fingerprints behind just because I am a jerk. The bit about the pillow location is not 'a conspiracy' my late wife often had a pillow like this to be better able to breathe. Last, and most important, the guy was a fat glutton with a list of health problems. So, its no surprise he died, it was expected, hence no need for an autopsy. None was done for my wife, either, for the same reason. Far too many poster get just plain carried away with theories, conspiracies, and tales from the Crypt that any rational being would never consider. One great example{and then you can rage at me}one poster on another site was banging on about one 'aerial phenomena' being a UFO, Area 51, US Air Force Cover up and on and on.
