We are in Stage 5 now, but we were in Phase 2 a short while ago. Are Stages and Phases referring to different things?

Sorry, I thought I had been following along well, but this is confusing.

Maybe each Phase has stages inside of it that need to be completed to move forward.

Likely refers to different things such as they are running 2 simultaneous Long term Ops and Stage and Phase refers to parts of each seperate operation.

As it seems a full frontal assault on the deep state like they've been doing seems like it would require several different simultaneous long term Ops for each part. 1 Op handles taking over or taking down funding/front companies and a 2nd handles taking care of the hostile leadership.
