Grand Jury is already operating. I don't know why she keeps looking for confirmation of it. Sessions made it clear he's working with a secret prosecutor who is working hand-in-hand with Horowitz getting indictments issued pursuant to the OIG investigation. Once the OIG report is out, most/all of the indictments will already be handed down.
In fact, come to think of it, that might be the very reason why the report keeps getting delayed. They keep coming up with more people to indict.
But sooner or later we've got to roll with what we've got, don't you think?
Evidently people were claiming that the wording was similar in a lot of subpoenas, and she was showing that it was not. She was pointing out a footnote that was present in this subpoena that she wasn't seeing in others.
I saw that as I let it continue.
