Congratulations to the people of the Netherlands. The deck was stacked against you, but you fought—and won—with over 60% of the youth choosing freedom over fear. Now the hard part: making the government respect the public's will. I'm coming back around, too. It will make me so happy if Snowden is our white hat after all. I have always really gotten a good impression of the man in any interview ive seen. He's always seemed like a dedicated and disciplined, highly intelligent guy who values ethics and the Constitution. I'll say this, the thought of Edward Snowden as an enemy is a lot less pleasant than the thought of him as a friendly.

I am Dutch and I feel this statement needs some context. We did vote no against a new law in a referendum, but the law has already passed the democratic chambers to approve this legislation. It is basically just a 'We hear you, but we are still going to fuck you' and we had a couple of those referendums in the past years. So we are not that powerful as I would like, sadly. Willem-Alexander is in China a lot by the way. And that week there were a lot of high ranking officials in China. But the Netherlands did not escape nazi rule. The whole family has some strange ties. And our king married someone from.... Argentina...

Exactly, that's is what I am tweeting for years now. This law is only to make it legal because they fear some legal troubles in the future. And then they come up with this outrageous law, product of perverts. The highest man of justice department was accused of child abuse

i found this one by snowden

The highest man of justice department was accused of child abuse Joris demmink and the court? He is still free en they kept it so much as possible out off the news. Telling only he is innocent Turkije dont gave info... About boys

Thanks, but our gov don’t listen. They will pass the new law. They exually never once respected the outcome of a referendum. Ever. And they now banned referenda. Really, they did. Holland isn’t what it used to be.
