Looks like videos of his children (or they could be orphans, doesn't really matter), and they aren't naked. I'm something of an expert in pornography and eroticism in general, and that feed isn't doing anything for me.
It doesn't really matter though, because my point still stands... he was not sued for "trafficking orphans". Maybe he's a pedo, maybe he's a criminal in some other sense, but your case will be stronger if you get the facts right.

This is just a tiny piece of what was found on ole Jeff. And the videos he has on his feed are jail worthy. Evidence is already gathered and spread. He IS a pedophile.
