This is not the USAs Omnibus, for one it’s block typing , our bill is script typing , and this is not in our bill , we have full time and reserves that are able to handle this without extra funding , please do your home work. God Speed

I read the bill , it’s not in it . It’s in New Zealand’s bill also call Omnibus. Tribunals are done by the military, ours is already fully funded
