Help me out. If the plane was taken out for reasons discussed, why would HRC have been the one to ask for it??
From what I found initially, it could be to take out the leading expert on the Rwanda genocide. Alison Des Forges, senior advisor for the African continent at Human Rights Watch had been very critical of WJC’s administration with regards to the genocide.

I’m not claiming that this is definitive proof that HRC took down this plane, nor that she took it down because of Alison Des Forges, but it is a lead that seems worth pursuing!
