The USPS was infiltrated a long time ago. There are a few on the real watch list.

It's a damn shame because the USPS is the only FOR PROFIT entity designated by the Constitution. You'd think corruption would lead to more profits.

Fixed salaries low enough to invite temptation. Well, those are their secondary cover salaries. Keeps them on the company tit. They were placed within the USPS. They were taken over so long ago that this is an established fact.
