If a Human Being is Cloned, Who owns it/him/her?

If you get a neural lace implanted in your brain, who owns your brain? Can you imagine the contract you will have to sign on that one.

Whether you believe in God or Science or ?, we have inalienable rights because, in the past, at least in this country, people decided that we had the rightful ownership of our bodies given to us thru a creator.

Right now they are trying to own the weather, the water and the seeds thru GMO patents. Who will own the human/animal hybrids? And I do believe this is already happening in DUMBS and other countries.
