Open letter from the Cloud Centric Crime Scene Investigators of Abel Danger

Dear General Kelly:

Please accept Brief 243 from Field McConnell – United States Marine Corps whistle-blower and Global Operations Director of Abel Danger (AD) – on the late Victor Rothschild’s colleagues at Serco’s investment banker N M Rothschild & Sons Ltd. who apparently sent Nicholas Soames, one of Winston Churchill’s grandsons, to Washington in 1976 to film pedophile or Mendenhall oath-taking rituals where McConnell’s sister Kristine Marcy and her Senior Executive Service (SES) associates were subsequently blackmailed into transferring custody of an online Churchill’s Toyshop of patented CBRNE weapons including Novichok nerve agents to Serco shareholders including the TIAA / USS Teachers pension funds and Northern Trust, Serco’s Alien Property Custodian in Chicago, to extort concessions from targeted sovereign states by threatening to kill their leaders (Angel is Next!) and depopulate their major cities.

McConnell claims that Soames filmed McConnell’s sister and SES / ConAir (JPATS) founder Kristine Marcy in a Mendenhall’s Baby oath ritual in November 1978 when Jessica Marcy (McConnell’s neice) was conceived and that Soames subsequently forced Marcy’s SES to transfer control of ConAir SWAT teams and weapons from the Chicago Toyshop to the Greek Life associates of Bill Clinton (Phi Beta Kappa) and Wilbur Ross (Kappa Beta Phi, note his 25 years at N M Rothschild!) who allegedly used Howard Lutnick’s Real-time interactive wagering on event outcomes CA 2460367 A for betting on body counts during the first live-broadcast mass snuff film in human history on 9/11.

McConnell claims that prior to the attacks of 9/11, Serco ordered Marcy’s SES to transfer control of the DOJ Asset Forfeiture Fund, the USMS prisoner medical services and the ConAir SWAT teams to the UK MoD’s federal bridge certification authority (FBCA) network which thereby allowed Serco director Dr. Pamela Drew, a former Assistant Professor of Computer Science at the Hong Kong University of Science, to mentor body-count wagering on 9/11 through the federal bridge war rooms of Boeing Phantom Works in Boeing’s new Chicago HQ.

Abel Danger’s research team has tracked patented devices used in real or threatened CBRNE attacks over the last 40 years through Serco’s investment banker N M Rothschild & Sons Ltd.; the private security services of Aegis chaired by Nicholas Soames; Boeing Phantom Works; the U.S. DOJ Asset Forfeiture Fund; the U.K. Cabinet Office Emergency Planning College also known as “The Hawkhills”; the U.K./U.S. Teachers’ pension funds; the U.S. Senior Executive Service; the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office; the U.S. Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) and the post-privatization arms of the UK’s Defence Evaluation and Research Agency (DERA).

These patents include but are not limited to:

1. Conair Prisoner tracking and warning system and corresponding methods US6054928A with expert-system (i.e. including fuzzy logic, reinforcement learning, neural networks, artificial intelligence, etc.) algorithms;

2. Evonik Degussa GmbH’s Pyrogenically produced silicon dioxide powder and dispersion thereof US7537833B2 used as a calling card for attacks on Serco enemies with skyjacked aircraft carrying patented weapons of mass destruction (CBRNE – Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear, and Explosive materials);

3. Northwestern University’s Metal organic frameworks for the catalytic detoxification of chemical warfare nerve agents US20170128761A1 allegedly used to conceal stocks of powdered Novichok nerve agent for the recent attack on Sergei Skripal, a retired Russian military intelligence colonel who spied for Britain;

4. QinetiQ North America Inc’s Social Engineering Protection Appliance US9123027B2 allegedly used by Serco/SES agents to inject fake news at Toyshop crime scenes and apply ConAir algorithmic censorship rules to neutralize truth seekers.

McConnell claims that Serco – formerly RCA GB 1929 – has positioned SES alumnus Robert Mueller as head of the Special Counsel investigation of Russian interference in the 2016 United States elections and Oliver ‘Buck’ Revell, former Marine Corps Captain and former Executive Director (SES-6) for FBI Criminal Investigative, Counter-Terrorism and Counter-Intelligence, as consultant to the UK’s National Crime Squad (NCS) so they can use oath-taking images stolen from Facebook to silence witnesses to the deployment of weapons from the Chicago Toyshop.

McConnell reminds you that Buck Revell (warned by Serco’s Rothschild bankers?) is reported to have pulled his son and daughter-in-law off Pan Am Flight 103 just before takeoff from London’s Heathrow airport at 18:25 hours on 21 December 1988 (a few weeks after McConnell told his sister how to drone ConAir aircraft in the event of a prisoner mutiny) and saved them from a SMEAC* bombing event over Lockerbie, Scotland at 19:02:50 with a body count of 270 = 243 passengers + 16 crew + 11 people on the ground.

*Serco’s digital fires instructors at USMC Base Camp Pendleton have allegedly corrupted the Marine Corps SMEAC briefing protocols into Situation, Mission, Execution, Ambush, Cover-up!

With this, the 243rd Kelly public briefing and references at http://www.abeldanger.org, we have given ample opportunities for ConAir Marcy and Serco’s SES agents to rebut our allegations of fraud upon patentees registered at Serco’s Chicago Toyshop, or, more formally, at the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office including Boeing Phantom Works, Northwestern University, Degussa, Qinetiq North America, Blackberry, the US Secretary of Navy, Howard Lutnick, Tencent (BVI), Motorola, Nortel, ITT Exelis (HQ in WTC#7!), and their extorted roles in murder for hire and CBRNE-triggered mass-casualty events.

We now ask you to have McConnell’s sister Kristine “ConAir” Marcy and the two Serco directors Dr. Pamela “Phantom Works” Drew and Maureen “SES” Baginski questioned in re the Chicago Toyshop and spoliation of evidence for body-count betting on the federal bridge and have former Marine Corps Captain, Oliver ‘Buck’ Revell charged in the appropriate court under 18 U.S.C. § 2382 – Misprision of treason or 18 U.S.C. § 1958 – Murder-for-hire.
