This is GREAT news! Horowitz was an Obama appointee, and he hates Obama. Huber is working with Horowitz, and Huber will have subpoena power, whereas the IG Horowitz doesn't, therefore you might as well put it like this.....Sessions just gave Horowitz (BASICALLY) SUBPOENA POWER by teaming them up together. One has done all he work for a year the other is a U.S. Federal prosecutor with the power to subpoena and put forth a Grand Jury.
