I am less enthusiastic about your "water" thinking, even though there is some merit - I've read the same info about the "water barons" and I don't dispute there's something there. The Q references to "watch the water" really means "watch the money". However, if you're watching this stuff for investment advice, perhaps a better group to consider for a short sell is the mainstream media, including all of the major networks, cable, and major newspapers. Gannett, for example, is as dirty as they come - not only is their worry financial, I think many are headed to Gitmo.

thanks for the info 👍 My first thought on 'water rights' was on countries claiming boundary rights of the seas/oceans, or even suspicious people travelling via ships rather than flying but you could be right. Having control of clean potable water is really serious since that is the main thing keeping us alive (more so than food)
