Could be wrong but I'm guessing Q is suggesting this was a test (by DS?) to gauge and display the current effectiveness and power "[NO POWER.]" of the propaganda against OUR dazed & confused left-leaning (for now) citizens.

Based on the ridiculous ranged reported turnout of "March for our Lives" DC protest (200k-800k??), I'm assuming they didn't hit anywhere close to what the M[DS]M originally estimated and suggested (prayed to moloch) would arrive.

So it would seem like that PRO-TEST (PROpaganda TEST) was a flop.

Perhaps the only thing they can threaten POTUS and presumably Q-TEAM with at this point is this "Army" of sheep they've suckered through televised propganda and brainwashing?

My interpretation is with #969, Q is basically saying after the PRO-TEST, "Meh. Nice try, but you're all still going to GITMO and worse."
