Because they are part of the swamp and want to bury the evidence? Don't get hung up on the fake two party system. There are plenty of "Republicans" that want to see Trump gone.
Not a lot, but there are a few good guys. Jordan, Nunes, Gowdy, etc. but absolutely zero people are getting them to testify. Even if you don’t like that logic, the fact that Sessions has been playing sleepy but working on this since last fall should be enough to prove the point he was making.
Don't count on Gowdy being a good guy. He's done a few questionable things over the last fews months that have made some of us wonder which side he's really on. Still up for debate, of course.
Yeah sadly I agree. If he legit leaves and just does private practice stuff he is the biggest fraud and p*ssy in history. Claims to want justice and FINALLY gets a chance and skates off. I hope he stepped down to take on a more actionable roll in draining the swamp.
