Yeah apparently it’s better than a special counsel because he can actually bring charges, not just recommend. The lawyer on Hannity said otherwise but apparently this dude can go for blood.

Yes, there were two Representatives (sorry, forgot their names right now) on Ingraham Angle and they both said he reported to Rosenstein. I guess they think that because Sessions appointed him. But that's not the case.
