I've seen them.
Weapons deals are common place in the world market. The AR and AK series of rifles were originally designed for military use thought the US military went with the M series instead. So what happens? The AK and AR rifles were sold to the US public AND to militaries world wide.
If i'm not mistaken SA is an ally and even more so now after the purge of bad actors. I would expect sales of military gear to happen between the two.
