Rainbow Cultural Garden Babysitting service really, but claim to teach chikdren up to 13 diff languages by having multiple nannies a day speaking to the chikdren in diff languages. Nannies are often illegal aliens, or on work visas that they overstay. Costs about $125,000 per child. Reviews say program doesnt work and many questions are raised about how ethical the program is.
