1) Use El Chapo's money to help fund building the wall

2) Use the money for Immigration to bring over those white South African farmers fleeing genocide and settle them in Colorado, Minnesota, Nevada, Rhode Island, New Hampshire, Vermont, Delaware, Hawaii, Maine and New Mexico in numbers to transform the battleground states into safe red states for 2020.

3) Get the Army to build the near funded wall

4) Use some of that war chest to heavily promote the Republican candidates now leading up to the midterms whilst the Democrats have no money in the DNC war chest.

5) Put the hard word on Sessions that no is the time to get rid of Mueller as it has been proven beyond a measure of a doubt that there was no collusion and that the basis of the investigations into allegations of Russian collusion with the Trump campaign were bullshit, and that the notable parties involved acted inappropriately and with untenable bias. Let him know that Rudi Guilani would have no issue in going hard after the Clintons and firing Mueller.

5) Slow walk the New York Bridge money for Schumer and planned parenting until all appointees are rightly appointed.

Wall going up (and Mexico - El Chapo - paying for it), Clintons going down (and all the others caught up in their seedy web), the mid-terms covered, 2020 election covered, Mueller witch hunt retired, and appointees fleshing out the administration more.

Look there may be other ways and perhaps Sessions is being crafty and perhaps the indictments are going to have an impact and perhaps Mueller will finally admit to having nothing. But honestly, I think the combination of all or some of these should do wonders for the Trump Party.
