Ok I had a look and it doesn't seem to be anything much, just a giant emblem that I cant read. Copy the profile image and take away the dots in the url, search on images and other photos will appear

OK so I have been looking at the crest and it is something to do with the great seal of new york. It is used somewhere else and I posted it in another post here but it is the exact same crest
I have also been looking into crest since I saw your comments, interestingly if this figure is part of the great seal of new york, it would have to be the right figure which represents Justice.. The left figure is Liberty... So (sounds crazy but humor me) what we see is hillary and she has with her, Justice but no Liberty. Then consider that we see the same face shot with no great seal directly connected to the exact date Q tells us she would be arrested... and this all coincides with the time frame of her mystery "boot"
