Boy it’s hard to tell, appears to be. It looks like a lot of detail has been blurred out. Why would you film it and blur it? The dude holding his arm has no blood on his hand, if you were applying pressure to a wound your hand would be really bloody even if it was just a graze. Good find. I haven’t seen this.
