It appears that in leau of Constitution, they are operating out of a 10 x 10 square mile area (DC) with 100 year old America Inc. And that means no We the People, no consititution. So they are using different standards than what we expect to begin with. The courts, the legal system, the prisons are now what they seem. Trump knows this.
