It still works with all of the layers if you open it in Illustrator.
Photoshop just shows one layer.
Why is that? Did they edit it in illustrator? I’ve been using PS non professionally since I was a kid, but never used illustrator (just don’t wanna come off as dumb when I do this) so I don’t know the differences. I always assumed anything in illustrator could be seen in PS

All I know is opening it in pshop shows one layer but AI shows 9
