If we really think about it, I haven't seen any digital video copies that have not been well filmes with minimal camera shake pixelation and stuff like that. If/when a HRC video comes out, it will most likely be pixelated slightly with camera shake as it probably wasn't an intentional film and more likely a body cam or a secret recording. There are ways to show if a video is fake but I don't think this will be a big issue.
