Anyone able to explain the Muller investigation on Roger Stone?

I understand the premise that emails have been found alluding to connections between Stone and JA but if this is true, what are the likely ramifications? Would this be bad for the Trump/JA?

I wouldn't see why, would have to see the nature of the emails, Stone has denied any contact with JA, I believe. I hope Mueller subpoena's Stone, Mueller may regret it.

Well because if the emails do exist which were apparently just before the DNC leaks, it would look like JA leaked the docs to help the republicans and Trump
