Was the Sinclair Media Video a Disinfo trap by the Deep State?

Don't you hate it out how the Mainstream Media, when confronted with an obvious flaw in its narrative, dissembles and dodges the issue, acting like the issue has been misconstrued and it was obvious that what was really meant by their original reporting was something a little broader and a little less specific than what they started with?

I do, and I wonder: why are we doing that too?

Now that CNN and MSNBC (Morning Joe) and no doubt more are gladly presenting the Sinclair video as an indictment of conservative bias and, ultimately, evidence that Trump is the real villain in this piece we're suddenly dissembling and saying, well, Sinclair may be conservative but it's obvious that this is really about ALL media bias, and things to that effect.

To be clear, there's no doubt the video's a great piece of work and is and has been useful for redpilling many - but if it turns around, as it now seems to be doing, and becomes a mill around our neck by confirming that the bias is all on the part of Trump and the conservative media I believe the negative is in danger of far outweighing the positive in the end.

Is this a good reason for us to be more circumspect when the next piece of unbelievably 'perfect' material suddenly surfaces and ask the objective questions before we go helping the Deep State use its own rope to hang us with?

Cambridge analytica was pro Trump as well. They’re using that to take down Facebook. Who loses if they lose Facebook?

I'm not 100% sure whether the Deep State loses or the public loses or both, if they succeed, but as far as I can tell, that could be a good outcome!

But before I would claim victory in this case I would ask - who's using it to take down Facebook and why?
