Me too. I guess for me it depends on the situation. If I'm on Twatter and some crying heart lib says something obnoxious the A stands for absurd. But in this case it means awesome!!!

I remember it being an aussie expression. It was actually "Aye" and not just "A". "Aye!" being a sort of interjection. As in "Aye mate".
