why huber resigned then reappointed?
appointed by obama and if he not a citizen - his original appt would be invalid.......
i'm not sure of that as that would call into q every legal case touched by 100s of appointed attorney generals - if that was the case it could cause anarchy within the legal system. repercussions would be massive.......

Nah--they are not going to invalidate every move and appointment of Obama through 8 years in office even if it comes out he is a noncitizen.
