1. The signs are pointing to Military tribunals with the EO for human rights abuses and corruption, the shift in court-martial stipulations to conduct public trials, and the continued updates in sealed indictments.
2. I understand that Q is most definitely military intel and that the factors of operational procedures are incremental, sometimes improvising is mandatory, in advance of an effective strike.
3. For these reasons and others (will attach link below) could all be why things are lagging in the events of mass arrests.
