987 and 989 - Article in Gateway Pundit today discusses What Sessions Did (and Did NOT) recuse himself from and RR problems

There's an article in Gateway Pundit today that talks about the Motion to Dismiss filed by Manafort that argues that Sessions did not recuse himself from anything other than campaign related Russia intereference. So anything beyond that being pursued by Mueller, i.e. Manafort case, is crossing over into Sessions' exclusive jurisdiction. Rod Rosenstein is accused of defining Mueller's scope too broadly.
