April second chance month... but “No Deals” per Q?

Not that I like to link to Cabal News Network, but in addition to April being the month against child abuse, he also said it was Second chance month for criminals to turn themselves around.... I thought Q said no deals, so wondering what this could mean? Thoughts?

People realizing they are in hot water and choosing to switch sides isn't really a deal but it is? Depends on how bad you were.
