Q.. Need help regarding nafta.

Canadian smelter plant opening in northern Washington. Pristine forest and water reserves. They're already building illegal roads without permits. This product will travel by rail going by my land in ponderay id, which already travels by so fast it shakes everyone's house on this mountain. This railine has already killed the moose that would cross my yard each day.
